Just a brief post!

Since the last post, Annie has continued to enjoy an extended period of physical stabilisation. We’ve even been able to enjoy a visit out with friends for a meal. The pills seem to be keeping her steady and nausea free. It’s not been without some slight moments of queasiness but our trusty bucket has remained ready but redundant.

The attached photos cover the last two Saturdays (including today). This morning after a real good time of prayer and fellowship with my brother, Dave, a haircut and a quick visit to town (in sequence, not altogether!), I arrived in time to make Annie an ‘english’ breakfast in bed. The previous Saturday morning was also centred around the table with Fran, Dave and family and an ‘american’ breakfast. What will it be next Saturday…’french’ breakfast? Well, living one day at a time, Annie and I really don’t worry about next week. Who knows when Jesus will return? Perhaps next week we’ll be enjoying a ‘heavenly’ breakfast (cue the international comments regarding which nationality that breakfast will most reflect!)

But our citizenship is in heaven. And we eagerly await a Savior from there, the Lord Jesus Christ, – Philippians 3:20
